Same over here. After every ride when shutting down, I get the message there is an update. And after pressing 'yes' it just shuts down and does bupkis. The funny thing is, that if you navigate to the system menu prior to shutting down, it doesn't say there is an update...

The strange thing is that I still see 2G connection. I thought that is was ‘upgraded’ to 3G. Could it be that the firmware failed and it is trying to compleet the update?

today my st1x recieved software version 4.2.2.1 and looks promissing
now can i again manage my bike from the iphone app

Did you do anything special? As in contact your bikeshop? Or did it just install properly?

contacted the dealer - that pushed stromer i assume - after a few days the new version asked me to update

Since yesterday I also noticed that version 4.2.2.1 is on the bike. A bit strange as I can not remember actively confirming to install the new version, but hopefully the bi-daily request to update are now a thing of the past.

If you ignore the update 3 times the firmware installed automatically
