Hi guys! Same problem here. After 1500km (250km of them under some serious rains) I started having less torque after stopping for a short break or standing at a stoplight. Sometimes I fix it by pressing brakes 4-5 times while accelerating, and also sometimes it helps to change torq sensitivity +- 10%. I'm going to ask my dealer tomorrow about it, will show him a link to this thread. It's nice to know that I'm not imagining it.

Is yours an ST1 X? In that case you may want to check if the most recent firmware is installed on your Stromer. There was an issue with the ST1 X, where a problem with the motor-support would occur when you stand still while leaning with your foot on one pedal and then take off again: no motor support, it would pick back up after a minute or so. I had the same problem with mine. The firmware update from august 2017 (SUI FW 3.4.1.4) has fixed this.

Unfortunately, I already have that version. The dealer rode my bike and confirmed the problem. He said he would ask the Stromer officials about it.

If it's not the firmware, then it may be an issue with the brake sensor or the torque sensor. Hopefully the dealer will be able to fix it quikly.
